Theft and setting alight of a silver Peugeot Elystar Scooter Registration BU03 FLE from Woodway Lane, Coventry, CV2 2LF.

Garage door known to be secure.

Visitor notices garage door open, but this is not made known to the garage owner since a legitimate reason is assumed.

Bike set on fire in grassy area next to school off Dunsville Drive.

Fire Brigade and Police alerted.  Bike is a total write-off.  Video from a house security system shows the back view of 3 people, although no evidence any of them being involved in the fire.  However, one of them is holding a helmet.  A silver helmet was with the bike and it has not been recovered.  It may have been kept as a trophy.
