Who Are We?

We are an I.T. company offering a range of data recovery solutions to home users, businesses and other organisations.

What is “Data Recovery”?

“Data Recovery” is the specialist process of recovering your documents, email and other files created by you (collectively referred to as your “data”).    Data Recovery may be used when a computer is unable to give you access to your data – a situation referred to as “data loss”.  Alongside "Data Recovery" is "Systems Recovery", which is the recovery of files your computer needs to run your applications.  This is usually done by reinstalling from installation CD's.  You can reinstall yourself or ask us to do it for you.   It is only necessary for the more severe types of data loss.

To recover data we use special tools which are able to examine your disk much more closely and intelligently than Windows can.

How Much Does Data Recovery Cost?

It depends on the severity of the loss.  The simplist problems can cost as little as £30 + VAT to fix.  More complicated failures can cost upwards of £500 + VAT as they require the services of a specialist laboratory.

It costs £15+VAT for an initial on-site assessment if your premises is within the CV postal district, which is set against the cost of recovery should you choose to go ahead.  Please call us on 07950 099914 or 024 7623 6522 to arrange.
